Style

I would say that the term “Eclectic Cuisine” best describes my style. I am into Multi-Cultural, Multi-flavour and Multi-Sensory simultaneously on the same plate.

Cooking is an equation: A good blend of life’s passions, combined with great varieties of fresh produce from the sea and the soil.

The Five Senses- in order to make a great creation I relay on eyes (visual timing), my hands (touch quality control), my nose (smell the desired aroma) my tongue (taste the marriage of flavours) my ears (sounds of cooking)

His Secret

Love is his secret, life is all about feeling, being yourself, staying natural and believing in what you do and success will come.
Simply realize your dreams; listen to yourself, no regrets, reality is part of his daily vocabulary.
Every day is another challenge a new beginning, a new day no routine

His Mission

• To create signature dishes to help Canada to identity themselves in the food industry.

His Travel

Travel can be a challenge, a chance to discover and learn from other cultures and ethnicities, to open your mind, and have a completely different vision of the world. He went to Costa Rica, Mexico, Las Vegas, Orlando, Peru, Miami, New York, France, Vancouver, Banff, Montréal , Québec…."He called Canada Home".
